This chicken recipe has a great flavour and makes its own gravy as it cooks. Adapted from a recipe on www.food.com
4 chicken breasts cut into large pieces
1 cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1-1/2 cups heavy cream (don’t substitute)
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1Dredge chicken in flour and spices and arrange in a baking dish.
2Mix cream and chicken broth and pour over the chicken.
3Bake at 350 for 1-1/2 or until the sauce is thick and slightly golden.
4Can be served over cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
