Baked Pierogi Casserole

This recipe takes boring frozen pierogis and turns them into something magical. Add cheese and bacon to any dish will make it grand. Of course still serve with sour cream!

  • Yields: 10 Servings


16 ounces frozen pierogi (your favorite flavour)

1 package real bacon bites (not the hard pink bacon bits)

1/3 cup cream cheese

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup shredded cheddar

Chopped green onions (optional)


1Preheat oven to 400. Place frozen pierogis is a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.

2In a saucepan mix cream cheese and chicken broth until melted down. Add bacon. Pour mixture of the pierogis and sprinkle with cheese.

3Bake 20-25 until bubbly and heated through.

4Garnish with green onions if desired.
