A cheesy cracker with a hint of bacon. Easy to make and easy to eat. www.plainchicken.com
1 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup butter, cold and cubed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked chopped bacon
¼ cup milk
1Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2In the food processor, pule flour, baking powder, cayenne and butter until a crumbly dough forms.
3Add cheese, bacon and milk. Pulse just until dough forms.
4Using a small scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheets. Flatten with a fork.
5Bake for 12-15 minutes.
