Fresh pasta made right in your kitchen. Simple recipe that will tase better then the store bought version.
- Yields: 8 Servings
1Add all ingredients to a stand mixer with the dough hook attached. Blend on 2 until dough like consistency is achieved. Continue to kneed for 5 minutes on speed 4.
2Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
3Attach pasta roller to the mixer. Starting on the number 1 setting of the roller, feed handful size pieces of dough through the roller. Continue rolling dough until you get to setting 4. Add extra flour to the rolled dough as needed so it does not stick together.
4Once all dough has been rolled, attach your favorite pasta cutter and feed rolled dough through the cutter.
1If you do not have a stand mixer or attachments, dough can be rolled with a rolling pin and cut with a sharp knife.
2Boil salted water and add pasta. Cook for 3 minutes or until desired tenderness. Enjoy with your favorite sauce and vegetables.
