  • Yields: 6 Servings



1 large avocado

Juice of ½ lime

1 clove of garlic

Salt to taste


1Collect all ingredients before starting.

2Half and de-pit the avocado.

3Scoop into a bowl. Squeeze the juice of ½ lime over the avocado to prevent browning.

4Crush the 1 clove of garlic into the avocado mixture. Add salt to taste.

5Mash ingredients with a fork or potato masher. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. This can be used as a dip or in your favorite taco recipe.
