A warm dip with a slight kick of jalapeno. You will love this dip until the very last bight. Recipe adapted from www.keyingredient.ca
8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
2 8 ounces packages of cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
4-6 jalapeno peppers, chopped and de-seeded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup diced green onion
Topping:
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup melted butter
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Combine dip ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir well.
3Place the dip into an oven proof dish and spread out to about 1 -1/2 inch thick.
4Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the top of the dip.
5Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
