This is a super simple dessert that will sure to impress. The lemon addition makes for a lush cheesecake like pastry dessert. So good for brunch, lunch or a dessert with your favorite vanilla ice.

Ingredients
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 packages cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Sugar for dusting
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350. Unroll 1 can of dough and press seams together so there is 1 sheet of dough. Place in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking pan.
2Mix filling ingredients together (except the dusting sugar) until well combined.
3Spread filling gently over the dough.
4Prepare the other can of dough as you did to the first one. Place over the filling and sprinkle with sugar.
5Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden. Let cool as the mixture will be really soft if you try to eat it out of the oven.
