A chewy cookie that is jammed packed with yumminess. Your kids and grownups alike will love these.
- Yields: 15 Servings
1Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt.
3In a separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, white sugar and peanut butter.
4Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla and mix until creamy.
5Slowly add the flour mixture until fully incorporated. Mix in the oats.
6Stir in by hand the peanut butter chips, chocolate chips and M & M’s.
7Place 1-1/2 Tbsp balls of dough on prepared baking sheet. Press down slightly.
8Bake for 9-11 minutes. Do not over cook. Cookies will not brown and will continue to cook while cooling.
9Store in an air tight container. Makes around 2-1/2 dozen.
