A slow cooked form of cream corn that is delicious and people will ask for seconds. Recipe adapted from www.what2cook.net
16 ounces frozen corn, thawed
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp seasoned salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2Cook on low for 4-6 hours until creamy and heated through. Adjust seasoning once cooking time is done.
