Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip

The easiest and tastiest spinach dip you will have.

  • Yields: 8 Servings


2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 cup sour cream

1 small onion diced

2 cloves garlic, crushed

¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

¾ cup milk

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

½ tsp pepper

1 package cream cheese


1Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Stir until combined.

2Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.

3Uncover and stir to make sure the cream cheese is melted.

4Cover and continue to cook for 30 minutes until onion is tender.

5Serve as a dip with veggies and cut baguette.
