This is a super simple dessert that will sure to impress. The lemon addition makes for a lush cheesecake like pastry dessert. So good for brunch, lunch or a dessert with your favorite vanilla ice.

2 packages cream cheese softened

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

2Mix filling ingredients together (except the dusting sugar) until well combined.

3Spread filling gently over the dough.

4Prepare the other can of dough as you did to the first one. Place over the filling and sprinkle with sugar.
