4Reduce heat, add remaining ingredients, stirring until fully combined, cover and allow to simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, then if needed uncover and simmer until desired consistency is reached
5Portion to serving pans
6Cover and hold for service >140 F (60 C) for a maximum of 2 hours Discard any remaining product after service
